I guess it's good for people who have bad diets.

Or who work out and/or want extra protein.

I don't fall in any of these three categories. It's just delicious.

My diet is very good. I don't eat ice cream (too much sugar and/or fat), so if there is a healthier way I can enjoy dessert - I'm all in!!!!

I think most Americans get plenty of protein in their diets, I don't see more protein as necessarily healthy. But I am glad you are enjoying it.

Yeah, not me.

I am not overly fond of meat, so my protein runs a little low.

40-60 grams? Wow. Aren't those like body builder levels of protein?

There's one version (CoolWhey Sport) that's for workout people. (Not me.) There's another version (regular CoolWhey) that's for... me.

That's where the 40g to 60g range comes into play. 60g for the gym folks, 40g for everyone else (me ).

I think it's a Canadian thing, like your Halo Top stuff is an American thing that we don't get here. Come visit -- I'll hook you up.

Have a great vacation!!!! (I always wondered where [and why... hahaha!] people in Hawaii went for vacation. )
