They will be scratching their collective heads for decades trying to figure out why sales spiked.

I love cream of wheats. I love making it milk and putting honey in it. Then I put blueberries in when there's only a minute left and I mix it all around. It makes the Cream of Wheats a purple color, and the whole blueberries expand and pop in your mouth when you eat them.

I like both. It's all good!

LOL I've eaten Cream of Wheat three times in the last four days - all because of this thread.

I have always considered cream of wheat a poor substitute for a good bowl of oatmeal.

I've seen it around, but never tried it. Maybe I will. I use their Flax Seed in my cereal all the time.

Oh, gosh, not me. I grew up despising oatmeal. My mom cooked it a lot and always loaded it down with "natural" stuff and would put a HUGE bowl of it in front of me when I came downstairs for breakfast. And I better eat it! She always said, "Here - this will stick to your ribs today."

My mom was never a good cook. She couldn't make cream of wheat without it lumping up on her, so that was up to me if I wanted it. Which I did. I was thrilled when we had cream of wheat in the house and I didn't have to eat that huge bowl of oatmeal!

I always called it "gruel."

I ate it all the time when I was a kid. I hated Quaker Oats. Haven't had Cream of Wheat in many years.

Okay so I tried Cream of wheat for the first time today, and I’m not a fan. To me it was like trying to eat thick Metamucil with a spoon. I’ll stick to grits and oatmeal.
