Tonight salad with carrots,chickpeas, raisins, Parmesan cheese and hardboiled eggs.Ginger water to drink (Ginger water is made by boiling a fresh ginger root in water and I add some fresh lemon juice).

For dessert later by the fireplace kheer/rice pudding with cardamon and roasted pistachios and a cup of chai.

fridge purge- so had soup! Made out of one cornish game hen, green beans, onions, a turnip, and two meyer lemons! added a sprinkle of ginger and garlic thyme sea salt spice mix! Served it over brown rice, with a squirt of worchester sauce, yummy and hit the spot, the chicken was oh so tender...

Typical Thursday which means a shopping day: we are off to get hair cuts,go water walking, recycling and then to buy some groceries. By the time we get home we will be tired so I am having something pretty simple, but don't know what. Most like pizza, after we have gone out for a nice Mexican lunch. In fact dinner might be left over Mexican lunch or a taco salad from the left overs.
