I went out for a late lunch/earlry dinner. I had "The King" of all burgers. It was dry aged chuck with fried shallots, horse radish aioli and gouda. Also a side of greens with a house vingerette and house pickles. I did NOT cut it in half, it was too gorgeous!

A Schlitz to drink. This is my favorite restaurant by far....Kummerspeck! http://kummerspeckfoods.com/

That's my kind of restaurant, but my wife and I would have to split that burger.

We're having Mediterranean Skillet Chicken.

I never made the recipe, but I sure do love a real gyro. I'll be very interested to hear how it comes out. They have pita at most supermarkets here but it's not that good. I'm lucky to live near a Lebanese market that makes their own pita daily for $1.10 a bag!

Do you make the pickled radishes? Is that just radish slices soaked in vinegar for a little while or...?
