got home last yesterday, to tired to hassle with Chinese food and all the prep, so we had Salmon last night with asparagus and avocado salad. Tonight I will do the Chinese dinner. And I will make a big mess, for spoiled brat to clean up. He said he would do the dishes tonight cause it is my BD.
Today I am making a large batch of red sauce with sausage and ground beef. Tonight I will take some of that and make a lasagna. I will freeze the rest of the sauce.
Have a great Friday everyone!
Making of mix of ground turkey, peppers, tomatoes and spices that will either go into quesadillas or corn tortillas for tacos. Will also make my current favorite slaw, Bobby Flay's green onion slaw. Avocado slices and more leftover sweet-potato croquettes on the side. Will be finishing up hubby's birthday German choc cake for dessert. Happy Friday!
