Tonight we are grilling baby lamp chops with Irish potato bites, olive-cheese crusty French bread slices, Caesar salad with bacon and avocados, a bottle of Veuve and key lime tarts for dessert.

Dinner tonight? Still not sure. Might repeat last night's open face English muffin sandwiches with ham, avocado, and cheddar instead of turkey. Those turned out really well.

Something involving chicken breast, mushrooms and probably heavy cream. Veggie salad. (I bought the spinach from Costco so we are eating A LOT of salads. )
