I'm making a farro, mushroom and bacon dish, with a spring mix salad with cukes, tomatoes and balsamic dressing.

Cornish hen with Russet potatoes & green beans. Nothing to drink, but, I may go full-on wild & have a nectarine later.

The Red Sox are on early today so I planned a super easy dinner. I have no shame in saying I bought a couple frozen Cape Cod Cafe pizzas. Dinner will be those and Narragansett Lager for the adults and the small bottle sprites for my boys.

Baby kale and collards, sliced thinly and sautéed with onions and garlic, onions, sea salt. Hot sauce on mine.

My pizza plan was a bust. An open faced turkey sandwich with a baked potato and salad bar of tomato and green things turned out fine.

I bought some cheap top round steaks on sale for 2.99lb sliced on a bias for beef strips...put on a wooden skewer soaked in teriyaki sauce then put in my 45 dollar Walmart air fryer came out wonderful!!

Chicken pot pies and Southwestern chopped salad. Choice of apple pie or ice cream cone for dessert.
