What's for Dinner? 2018 Edition (red wine, beer, grilled, freezer)

Mixed berry salad - blueberries, strawberries, dried cranberries topped with walnuts and feta cheese. Sour dough bread. Unsweetened iced tea.

last night was a cheese and parsley sausage ring that I grilled and homemade macaroni salad. Tonight was burgers stuffed with bacon and cheese on soft bakery rolls with roasted vegetables.

We are using some of the leftover grilled chicken from lunch to make some souped up ramen noodles. Cream of chicken soup will be used to thicken it. Potato salad leftover will be the side. Way to many carbs but I refuse to waste anything.

Vegetarian Bolognese sauce made with meatless crumbles over whole what pasta and a romaine salad with Caesar dressing. Swim meet tomorrow, so the teenager is carb-loading. Whatever. I'm always up for a delicious bowl of pasta.

Same dinner as yesterday, which was a roast chicken leg and thigh with brown rice. Iced tea to drink.
