Last night's adventure in scrapple.

It was our first time trying. It smelled good, it looked good but the husband and I found it meh. I would eat it again if it was served but wouldn't go out of my way for it. My boys actually liked it a lot though.

Tuesday night's are crazy so I pulled meatballs and red sauce out of the freezer. J will serve with whatever pasta is in the pantry.

Took some chicken breasts out, sat back and am waiting for inspiration. If none shows up it will be fajitas with plenty of garden peppers.
SO refused rabbit food last night Tiny vanilla ice cream sandwiches never get refused.

'chicken fried steak and yes, it is processed. We get them from Sam's. They are not bad: usually only have them about every month or so, but just am in the mood tonight. We are having summer green salad and noodles with them. today is a play day; nowhere to go and nothing much to do except finish putting away all the canned goods we did this past weekend.

I think I'll be making a summer grain bowl with farro, grilled corn, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeno, avocado, pine nuts, and arugula. There are also a few Greek meatballs left from last evening.
