stopped at Cava for a bowl of Greek-style goodness last night. Tonight I'll finish off the pork ribs I made earlier this week, with corn on the cob and sliced tomatoes.
Coconut water popsicle for dessert since it's hotter than the devil's armpit right now.
what the heck is sauerkraut topped roast breakfast potatoes, sounds interesting? And yes, I feel sorry for those of you who are living in the desert right now.
Just turned the spaghetti sauce back on. It will be perfect for tonight. Of course with it will be spinach salad with lemon and oo dressing and garlic bread. We are having an unusually cold spell for here. The temps are barely out of the 70s during the day. In fact I think tomorrow the high is supposed to be in the high 70s. Stay cool the rest of you. Our turn for hot weather will come and we did have a bad spell last week.
Tonight I am making butter chicken except with turkey tenderloins. I will throw in some summer squash from our garden too. I suppose I should make a batch of basmati rice to soak up all the lovely sauce.

Another strawberry rhubarb girl! I have never made that combo into a crisp. I need to try it.
Most likely a date night out the Longhorn Steakhouse in Knoxville as that’s the area we will be in and my better half has a gift card burning a hole in her purse. Steak, sweet potato, & broccoli if it’s still on the menu.
It's actually a very cool morning so I think I'm going to make some meatballs and sauce to go with a couple of bags of leftover pasta. Spinach salad on the side.
