Happy Labor Day to all, just because it is called "LABOR" day doesn't mean you need to labor all day.
After a long shopping day yesterday and tired feet we will take it easy today and what is easier than to put some ribs on the grill, smoke them for several hours and the last hour or so smoke some veggies, like cauliflower and baby onions. Make a rice salad and you are set for the day.
Today we are having Grilled hamburgers, brats and kielbasa, macaroni salad, sliced tomato and onions, homemade choc-chip cookies for desert. Going to my MIL.
Spaghetti with meat sauce, and garlic bread.
Have a recipe for Moo Goo Gai Pan that I am dying to try, but that would entail a trip to the store. I don't see a bra, or clothes, happening in my future today.
