Tonight smoked salmon on toasted bagel with sour creme,onions and capers.To drink a glass or 2 of local Ontario white wine.Later by the fireplace Glühwein and gingersnap cookies while watching NHL ice hockey.

Fasting today, so nothing.

Well, that is not totally true, will be ingesting some calories when I gurgle some cheapo rum that I have sitting around.

A peeled, fresh peach (the fuzz makes me itch), 1/2-lb of crispy, cast iron fried bacon with brown mustard & lots of water.

I found the idea, but DH cooked seared tuna with soy glaze, wasabi mashed potatoes, and ginger glazed carrots. He did a mighty fine job of cooking too!

I went out to lunch with my sister and niece. I had a nice plate of fish and chips with cole slaw. So just a small simple dinner of grilled ham and cheese. Maybe I will cut up apples for everyone's dessert.

Tonight I made my version of chicken fricassee, buttered noodles and honey nut squash ( Sweeter than Butternut I like it) new to me.
