I thawed some chicken cutlets for tonight which I will saute and eat with some steamed vegetables, probably italian green beans.

I totally forgot I bought a big bag of CostCo meatballs, so I think I will do some swedish meatballs. That almost counts as not cooking. DH will have his on rice, and a side of broccoli.

Hi everyone! It has been awhile since I've posted. My husband was in a serious car accident (he was rear-ended and his car was totaled). He had a fractured collarbone, a broken wrist and fractured a few ribs, but he is on the mend. (I am going to surprise him with a new car for Christmas as I've had to drive him everywhere).

Anyhow, I've missed all of you. Tonight we will start off with tomato bisque. I tossed a rather large beef roast into the slow cooker along with vegetables this morning. I made fresh dinner rolls last night and an Italian cream cake for dessert. When I get home, I may also make garlic mashed potatoes.
