Avocado Toast...this time thin sliced Italian bread instead of Sourdough.

Mashed Avocado, scallions, lime juice, diced grape tomatoes, snipped cilantro, a few drops of Tabasco.
plenty of ground pepper, sea salt.

Spread on Toasted Italian stick bread, cut on a long bias.

Steamed large shrimp cocktail with jarred refrigerated cocktail sauce .

Asti wine.

H-D Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with the homemade Blueberry syrup from last night.

It's a good one tonight, kids.

I'm going to stir-fry some nice-sized shrimp with some daikon cubes and the last of the sugar snap peas from the neighbor's garden with garlic, ginger, green onion, etc. White rice seems appropriate.

Grapefruit for dessert. And chocolate. Always chocolate.

Both DH and I have upset stomachs.... mild, but no sense cooking.

Though I AM contemplating making fully loaded nachos. It sounds good, but perhaps unwise.

Sounds just Ducky, Debsi... like the idea of the Daikon.
