I just bought a bag of each livers/gizzards..... not sure what I was thinking.

Tonight is Costco's angus burgers, sans bun, with tomato, onions and avocado on a bed of spinach/kale/chard, and baked fingerling potatoes.

Dinner was a repeat of last night: leftover veggie pizza and salad. Had a different beer, though: Dale's Pale Ale.

I found a Krakus ham while shopping last week. I haven't seen one in ages and I do love them. I am cooking that tonight with the whole pineapple and cherries with whole cloves thing. For sides I will make mashed potatoes and roasted beets.

Today we are going to NYC for my nephews 19th Birthday. A restaurant called Clyde Frazier's wine and dine.
Clyde Frazier's Wine and Dine it's an early dinner late lunch. We have 2pm reservations. He's a basketball nut and Clyde used to play and has his own restaurant now.

Early Easter dinner with the family since we will be away next weekend.

Roast leg of lamb with roast potatoes and parsnips, julienne carrots, steamed cauliflower served with lashings of rich lamb gravy and mint sauce.
