Bacon-cheddar cheese, triscuits, and peanut blossom cookies. A truly balanced meal.

a fifth of what? A nice scotch, perhaps?

Last night was off schedule, so ended up making fried eggs, baked sweet potatoes, and roasted cauliflower w/ shwarma spicing. The flavors actually worked together better than I anticipated.

We have a one day spring like weather here, opened windows for a bit. Winter returns with a vengeance tomorrow again.

I was asked to make for today potato pancakes with Parmesan cheese, parsley and onions served with sour creme and green onions. To drink lemon water.
For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Roasted salmon, with roasted beets, orange, onion, and carrots. Not sure what else yet. Hubby has a cold, so that’s probably enough anyway.
