Tonight we are going to CrabFest (a fundraiser) - each guest will get a whole crab (freshly caught this morning), a small container of butter, salad, a baked potato and 2 soft drinks. This is my second time to attend. Last year I brought my own crab scissors, 1 lemon, 1 chopstick and garlic. My husband was embarrassed until everyone started asking me to borrow the scissors and could I spare a slice of my lemon. This year, I will not only bring them again, but I am adding a small container of sour cream and chives for the potato and possibly extra butter. If I am paying $150 for a ticket, I want it to be worth my while.
Last night I defrosted a bit of roasted turkey breast I had and made sandwiches w/ mayo & lettuce on wheat bread.
Sick cat went so ecstatic over the smell and taste of the turkey, guess who is currently defrosting a turkey breast to make roast turkey for a cat (and me and DH too )?
That won't be ready in time for tonight though, so I'm thinking BLT's with avocado & grapefruit salad, potato chips, and a pickle. Maybe some hot soup too. It's chilly today.

When my kitty was sick he went bonkers over KFC chicken. So I was traveling with him and no KFC near. I bought another brand and he refused to eat it. I drove 45 minutes to a KFC to get him some food. We love our little critters.
Dinner tonight was some baked chicken from the grocery store deli and some steamed broccoli.
