Very likely will be leftover cold fried deli chicken mixed into a nice fresh tossed salad somehow

Nabbed an 8pc chicken dinner from the local grocery deli yesterday afternoon and then dinner plans changed

Ugh! I am starting the new year with a nasty cold. I just got over a stomach bug! Alright enough self pity!

Tonight's late lunch/early dinner will be roast turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing and roasted beets.

I hope everyone's New Year is magical, hopeful and full of wonder!

We still have some leftovers from our appetizer party, so we'll be having Asian meatballs, crab cakes, falafel, daikon salad, and green bean salad.

Happy New Year!

Usually we have ham for New Years but had it on Christmas so it is prime rib late this afternoon. We are having it with horse radish sauce, and twice baked potatoes as well as a green salad with home made blue cheese dressing. We will have to have another dressing for spoiled brat. I am thinking of doing a couple of lite appetizers as well while we enjoy a glass or two of wine.

For anyone who says they are going to get back on the healthy eating band wagon starting today. good for you, I think I want to put that off until tomorrow.

Small gathering at our home this evening. Asian theme: grilling Korean beef ribs, ordering some sushi rolls, pot stickers, Chinese chicken salad, BBQ pork, roast duck and chow mein.
