Don't laugh but I had never had chocolate chip pancakes before. Always had plain with syrup and butter. Had them from a diner the other night and they were delicious.

Lubby∆∆ try bacon pancakes if you can find them!

I tried Avocado toast and found it to be delish. (Half an avocado smeared on toast with some spices dashed on. Can do sliced tomatoes also).

As I posted in another thread, tonight, for the very first time, I made pork ribs. I used the IP, and DH finished them off on the grill. This is something I would never have tried without the IP. Never!

They were good, by the way.

I thought it came out great and the leftovers were good too. I pressed the tofu to drain some of the liquid. The recipe didn't call for that but I thought it wouldn't be as soggy.
