So much yumminess in 2018!

I just made a roasted cauliflower and butternut squash soup. I think I used every kitchen gadget I have from an Instant Pot for the vegetable stock to a Vitamix to puree it.

That's one of my faves- salsa can go on a lot of things actually- salsa eggs bacon rolled up in a buttered tortilla-yummy breakfast!

This is actually a drink, but the new Key lime flavored La Croix sparkling water is really good. I thought it would just taste like lime and that they called it Key lime to make it sound interesting, but it has a flavor that is more like Key lime pie -- almost like they added vanilla so it's kind of a lime and cream soda flavor (with no sugar of course because it's just water).

Can I just say how adorable it is that George used the word "yumminess"?

I tried paczki for the first time this morning. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.eat...etroit-chicago
I moved about an hour southwest. I am finding all kinds of different ethnic foods then I was used to. Not a bad thing at all! Although it does seem odd that such a small geographic change would yield such finds.
