Tried Kombucha for the first time 2 days ago. The 'Gingerade' variety, made with green and black tea, kiwi juice, and ginger juice. Nice and fizzy, this stuff is growing on me. Even bought a scoby, going to learn to make my own. Next-Ginger beer, and ginger mother plant from Ireland.

I'm not sure. I've always been willing to eat different things. I did make my own radish and cabbage kimchi this year does that count even though I eat other's homemade kimchi regularly?

Kombucha kind of scares me though. I've had it in my hand a few times- while I was looking for a regular tea- realized it was kombucha and ran back to put it on the shelf and pick up a crummy bottle of full sugar-soda because fancy organic shops don't carry diet (which I buy because it tastes less sweet). I wouldn't mind experimenting with food but beverages- it has to be something I'm going to like because I need a drink if I'm away from home for that long.

As far as food goes- I'll try pretty much anything. At least that's been my experience so far.

Then you'd love Kombucha. The scoby eats the sugar, so the drink is delicious, nice and fizzy, very little
sugar and full of great probiotics. The brand I chose even has the probiotic S. boulardii complex, which is the hardest to find and expensive to buy in capsule form.
Don't be scared, give it a whirl

This is rather basic, but during my recent adventures in a liquid diet, they gave me Luigi’s Italian Ice. Now, I’m hooked on it. So refreshing, and low cal.

I have always enjoyed Chinese steamed pork ribs in black bean sauce (like the kind you get at dim sum) but I have never made it before. The Instant Pot version was very simple and quick to make.

I'm going to try a frozen pizza tonight. It's been so long, it seems like a new experience.
