I like frozen lasagna, it is too much of a pain, to make from scratch.

It’s easier to make mac and beef and put cheese on top. Tastes the same but is much easier.

My husband likes many of the store frozen entrees, but they all (even Amy's) have way too much sodium for his blood pressure diet. Many have 600+ mg/serving.

Not frozen, but refrigerated Hormel's Beef Roast Au Jus is good in a pinch.
Just empty container in a sauce pan , put a lid on and heat for about 5 minutes.

Good for two people..

not great, but good.

Quick and easy are frozen burritos. They come 8 in a package. A minute per item in the MW. As a big eater, I usually eat 2 or three depending on hunger and/or side dishes. I like the bean and cheese as a base flavor and often accompany them with another of the many varieties.

They are not great... BUT with good salsa(s), some sour cream, and some corn chips makes a quick, easy, sorta complete meal. For added extra try MW pouches of Spanish or Cajun style rice, or a spicy canned soup. The possibilities are endless.

Heck dress it up with a beer or some Sangria. Yes you have to like Mexican...

I am convinced there are no "great" frozen entrees. Some do reach the acceptable level, I like Amy's frozen cheese enchiladas. I'm not vegetarian, but I have never had a frozen dinner where the meat portion was good, so I only buy meals that contain none. And there aren't many to choose from.

I use Amy's every once in a while. Believe it or not, if you can't eat dairy they have a dairy free pizza that's pretty good. You can put your own toppings on it, like frozen broccoli or slices of fresh tomato. It tastes pretty good plain though. They also have a rice crust pizza. But it's not like real pizza, so be warned!

I think Amy's has quite a few good frozen meals. They don't have the artificial preservatives and other junk that a lot of the other frozen foods have.

I used to love Blake's frozen organic pot pies but haven't been having any luck finding them in this area lately.

Amen. Trader Joe's has some GREAT frozen entrees. Fettuccine, burritos, risotto, asian-inspired... the list goes on. Just google "Trader Joe's favorites" or "frozen"; they have a cult-like following and like no one else. The hatch mac n cheese is some of the best "inspired" mac n cheese we've ever had.

Don't even get me started on their refrigerated pre-prepared options... tamales, BBQ chicken, greek chicken with orzo.
