I would be very surprised if the location serves breakfast and they do not have ketchup. Around my area breakfast service is about 50-50.

I agree. What's really interesting is how a cow and a pig are somewhat similar (both are foraging quadrupeds), and yet their meats are different enough to require different condiments on them.

Yes but we do cook sausage in tomato sauce made from the same ingredients as ketchup

I like ketcup on ham, but not in a ham sandwich. I enjoy a snack of cold ham topped with cold ketchup. However, cold ham topped with cold marinara sauce is even better.
