i can feel my arteries clogging and the greese sliding down to my stomach where it wont stay long. i am not the healthiest eater, but this kind of thing scares me...

Absolutely. That sounds good and I would give it a try. I actually saw this featured on a food show that we watched the other night-either on travel or food network.
