Dill with scrambled eggs, which are the only kind I eat. I may or may not add cheddar cheese or sour cream. I usually roast red or Yukon Gold potatoes to go with, and I use rosemary with those. In each case, dried works just fine.
The only time we would eat eggs with anything other than salt and pepper is deviled eggs or an omelet.Otherwise I am a puritan when it comes to eggs and God knows how much I love my spices.
