It's got little flavor crystals of some kind, I think maybe calcium deposits (not a cheese expert) that make this cheddar extra good.

I think it's called "Italian Truffle" - I freakin' love it. It's just yummy.

I also like their trio of Spanish cheeses - just a few wedges of it in a little container. I'll have that sometimes with olives and fruit and feel sophisticated

They have Gruyere. Not sure about Emmental.

We like their low-moisture mozzarella string cheese whenever we get a bag that actually is low-moisture.

I haven't seen it recently, but I fondly recall some Wensleydale with Cranberries that I bought there a few years ago.
It was REALLY good!

I used to think those tiny little crystals in some cheeses were salt but they can be some calcium compounds and/or amino acids.

I used to buy more cheese at Trader Joe's until I found the same cheese at ALDI for approximately 20% less.
