as a kid I liked sugar smacks....but I liked all the sugary cereals....

I think as a society we need to taker a serious look at sugars and carbs......these are the real food demons...

Even when this issue is taken care of, probably best to avoid most cereals, just junkfood.

For real. Eat a Larabar or something. Can't remember the last time I had cold cereal.

I used to love sugar snaps when I was a kid. I didn't get that junk all of the time, so it was quite a treat.

I hope someone figures out what happened.

Yes, it has a lot of sugar. Not so much as crappy breakfast cereals though.

Familia no sugar added muesli and the ezekiel brand offerings are the only edible cereals I've found.

They're made only of dried fruit and nuts and seeds. So you get some fats and proteins to balance the sugar, and at least it is naturally occurring sugar too.
