Penn Station Honey Mustard (ingredient, recipe, cinnamon, mayo)

Hi all,

Saw a previous post requesting that 'secret ingredient' for the popular food chain Penn Station East Coast Subs' honey mustard.

Just writing to let you know that I figured it out--

A dash of cinnamon. Seriously. Make a honey mustard recipe that includes either greek yogurt or mayo as an additional ingredient, and then at the end, stir in a dash or two of cinnamon.
