It is the cheapest cost-wise. But is it ok to use, & save $, daily vs a better brand like Vega or Garden of Life or MRM brand, etc.?

I agree, as keeping sugars down is key to maintaining or losing lbs. I just don't want to spend alot on a meal option. I need a drink to count as a meal & thus save time too.

I like the EAS Myoplex and GNC's Lean Shakes, both are very good IMO.

Just look at the nutrition labels and pick the lowest cost one that meets your dietary goals.

MRM brand is cheapest. But I may just eat normal as adding these drinks can sway the balance of nutrients inside the GI. I see too much protein levels in many of them & often the protein is tainted w/ high lead, arsenic, cadmium, etc. at way too high levels.

I remember reading yrs ago that added protein via drinks was a bad way to go. It taxes kidneys 1st of all & since we really can't trust supplement makers re their sources of whey or even plant-based proteins, it is best, I think, to error on caution & avoid unless a dire emergency forces you to eat pre-made drinks/meals.

Only during travel from home, as a convenient way or the like, may be best times to use it. Otherwise best safe than sorry seems the word. But TY all so far for your ideas.
