I fell so far off the sidewalk that I am in the subway tunnels. No guilt...it's just the way it is right now. Life is crazy, hot and hectic. Once things calm down I will think about healthy eating. It's just the way it is for now and I have no inclination to fix it...at the moment
I stopped feeling guilty about anything I eat. I have learned over time that having a bad day, week, or longer can be rectified just getting back on a healthier track. So last night at 2 A.M. that Gyro and fries tasted delicious!!
My BIL had surgery on Tuesday. I made him some banana bread and chocolate chip cookies. I do not eat junk food very often, but I kept a couple of the cookies for myself.
I feel guilty about food all of the time. It is a family tradition.

It is more how much, than what. I feel guilty for drinking so much wine the past few days and all the junk food like fried chicken we ate. It is time to come back to reality and eat non processed foods and much less wine
Eating a whole container of Nutella in one sitting. This has happened frequently lately. It's really bad and I decided the other day, I'm not allowed to buy any more because I'm incapable of not eating the whole jar if I have it around.
I had a Cinnabon over the weekend. I always get one of the little containers of extra frosting to go along with it.
