I have several dressings, blue cheese, caesar etc. but just wondered if someone might
have a more interesting way of using broccoli slaw...

or do you ever cook it?

It's a good topping when I make my asian fusion tacos (gingered meatballs on flour tortillas with plum or hoisin sauce).

I will mix some in regular lettuce salad.

I would use it in the traditional broccoli salad with bacon in a sweetened mayo-based dressing.

I'd make a ginger-honey-sesame vinaigrette or a ginger-lime vinaigrette.

Oh sounds good, Debsi...

Sometimes I just use dressing for a quick side, other times I'll use it in Asian lettuce wraps.

Once used it as filling for veg lasagna....cooked it a bit first. Worked quite well. Used cheese sauce instead of tomato.

I dont generally care for balsamic vinaigrettes, but I love Wegmans White Balsamic Vinaigrette with rainbow slaw. It's also delicious with their sweet potato slaw.

I made a charred broccoli salad with a lemon vinaigrette for a party this year and it was a huge hit. I added some sliced radish for crunch and color.

OP, you may be well aware of this recipe for broccoli slaw/ramen. I usually only put 1/2 the packet of ramen seasoning in, to keep it low salt.

Also, I serve it after refrigerating it for a couple hours.

I usually make it of mayo and plain yogurt, a little white balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of sugar.

The last time I made it I was concerned about spoilage from the heat, so I made a dressing with a tahini base. It was very good.

1/2 c mayo
1/4 c sugar
apple cider vinegar to taste (1 to 2T)

Tastes best tossed with salad, then served chilled.
