I only have two kinds...

“normal” white vinegar

“Malt” vinegar....my fave....traditionally used in the UK on fish and chips...
doesn’t taste as good without malt vinegar.

Oh, this is fun.

White
Apple Cider (regular)
Apple Cider (raw w/mother)
Red Wine
White Wine
Muscat
Rice
Tarragon
Balsamic
Lavendar balsamic
Blueberry balsamic
Chocolate balsamic
White peach balsamic

13! I actually thought I had at least two more flavored balsamics, but we must have finished them before we moved. I am a sucker for those stores with the huge jugs of oil & vinegar where you can sample everything and fill your own bottles.

I currently have on hand what I always use: distilled white, ACV, and raspberry wine (not balsamic). Anything else, I buy as needed.
