Creative cooking on a tight budget. I know it's been done before, but I really believe I could add a few tips, particularly regarding shopping, that some people might find useful. I would also talk quite a bit about the importance of herbs and spices in "doctoring up" an inexpensive meal.

I'd like a book just on everyone's helpful hints...no recipes needed...

Where is Alm? She needs to write a German-Indian-Canadian cookbook.

There are a number of these out there now. I used to own one myself, which I gave to one of my adult kids.

Why don’t you start a thread for us to share three ingredient recipes? I know I’d be interested.

Um, I could, but I'd need help from everyone. I only know of two recipes at this time. LOL

It would probably be either a seafood or BBQ/grilling cookbook. My seafood book would have very little to do with salmon as I will only eat it smoked or cured as gravlax. Not a fan of other salmon preparations.

Our daughter actually did a family cookbook and gave it to all of us for Christmas about 3 years ago. It has mostly recipes from her and her husband, but a few from the grandkids, a few of mine and even some from my dad and other family members. She did include a little note with almost all of them. I used her chicken enchallada recipe yesterday.
