She’s going to invite herself over? Looks like you’ve got another problem right there.

Time to get a backbone and learn how to take charge of a situation (nicely, of course), saying “no” as needed.

Shes been inviting herself to all family functions for 20 years as she is my wifes friend i have little to say in the matter and if i do air my displeasure at this fat mooch my wife gets on my case and i get sent to the dog house for a few days, its just something i have to put up with,the best i can do is make meals whereby a doggie bag is out of the question.
