I was given a small jar of raw honey, what to do with it? It looks like it is mostly solid (comb), not liquid.

Ripe pear slices, blue, brie, camembert cheese, and water crackers or thin toast, maybe some salumi. The honey should start to ooze out of the comb, although the comb is edible.

Arugula salad with blue or goat cheese, candied or toasted walnuts, with small chunks of honeycomb.

You can eat the comb spread on toast.

mix with cinnamon and ginger it'll pretty much cure anything (look up honey/cinnamon benefits)

I like eating right from the container too like that fake whipped cream

Just don't use it in anything cooked; it won't be raw any more! Would be a shame to waste those good antioxidants.
