Let the cat out of the bag - what did you get?

update: I did the chicken last night: it was fantastic but almost too big for the unit. This is the one thing I don't like about Tyson's whole chickens, especially living in Tyson world, the chickens are huge. Next time I try a chicken I will buy a smaller one and put in on the spit.

I would like to see how the air fryer handles a cornish hen. Unfortunately, it will be a while as I really need to clean out and defrost my small freezer and use up all the current stock.

Another advantage of the air fryer down here in Arizona during the summer months is that I can move it outside and do the cooking out there keeping the inside a lot cooler.

Never thought of that. I think using the air fryer for a game hen would be wonderful. We too have a small freezer and no matter how often I defrost it and clean it, everything is still a mess.

My goal was to shut it down from July to November ... however, people started sending us food again and we probably will not shut it down until Labor Day.

I'm not sure I want to try another air fryer, the one I had was pretty awful but I just ran across this and it looks interesting.
