Add me to the pulled pork or BBQ beef. But that pork? NOT pork roast. It needs a fattier piece of meat. Maybe combine the too lean roast with a pork butt.
I like the meatballs, but I think of them as an appetizer unless there's pasta to go with them.

Meatballs or pulled pork (although ditto everyone else, pork tenderloin won't work for that). Add a pack of Hawaiian rolls so people can make little sliders, and you'll have one of the most popular dishes there.
Lasagna. It doesn't need to be served hot. Assemble it the night before, put it in the oven when you get up, when it is done wrap it in towels and alluminum to keep warm.
I second lasagna. I clicked on the thread to suggest that. You could also keep it warm in a crockpot.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I signed up to bring a main dish to my work Thanksgiving potluck lunch. The special conditions: there is no cooktop or oven available. There are a few microwaves, but I'd prefer not to serve nuked food.
I have a crock pot that I can plug in to warm the dish, so ideally it needs to work in that, or be served cold. I've thought about meatballs served in the chili sauce/grape jelly mix, BBQ beef served shredded and saucy, possibly pulled pork shoulder. Main dish means meat, right?
Any ideas on what to serve? Pork loin is cheap this week at my local market but I can't think of what to make from it in a crock pot or to be served from a crock pot. Chicken breast is another option, I just don't know what to do with it to serve a crowd from the crock. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
I was going to suggest something meat free, there's is usually one or more people who don't eat meat or eat much less of it.
Vegetable Lasagna is an idea. However, if you'd prefer to avoid using a microwave, you might think about a Thai vegetable curry. I have super easy recipes for both!
