Hubby is carving the turkey, everything is ready. The best part about it just being us is, I’ll skip the serving dishes and we’ll fill our plates at the stove. We might wait awhile because we’re not very hungry yet. We had a few bloody Mary’s and shrimp at 2:00.

We went out for Thanksgiving. It ended up being really good. I started with clam chowder.

Then had schrod, mashed potatoes and squash.

I took Indian pudding to go.

Husband started with a brussels sprouts salad.

Then prime rib.

My boys both had spaghetti and meatballs with ice cream for dessert. That's what they wanted.
I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!

Unfortunately they frown on dogs in restaurants here. I gave him leftover pulled pork to make it up!

We ended up with a houseful for dinner with more dropping by for dessert.

I was so much fun.
