Chef Daughter too. She guards her knives like they're gold

It's so much fun to watch her slice and dice. What she can do! Makes me look clumsy by comparison.

Love our Breville convection oven for a small batch of roasted veggies or a small pizza. I like that it is metal and not plastic.

Insulated pot holders. I wasn't born with asbestos skin. Shouldn't need any more explanation than that.

I have several serrated knives that I've bought over the years - nice ones, too. But they have dulled over time. Is there any way to sharpen these?

Number on: probably tongs. I use them several times a day I think.
also love my immersion blender although I do not use it often
I love my little juice squeezer; so much juice in one lemon or lime.
But far and above I love my jar cap twister. As we get older our hands are just not strong enough to loosen a lot of caps. It came from pampered chef. Thank chef or actually thanks granddaughter for putting it in my Christmas stocking a few years ago.

Now, what I have listed doesn't include small appliances. That is a totally different story.

amazing what we can find to scratch that itchy back. I actually use a knife or anything this time of year: Dry cold weather isn't what I consider a good match for our backs.

I have a version of that garlic peeler. Love it! I use a LOT of fresh garlic, and that saves so much time peeling garlic.
