Great idea!

Traveling is stressful in general, but traveling during the holidays is an entirely different level of stress. Between the massive crowds, long lines, and weather delays, holiday traveling can make you feel like you need emotional support, if you will. Popeyes clearly understands our woes. The chain just launched "Emotional Support Chicken", "to provide a good-hearted laugh most need to get through stressful holiday air travel," according to a press release.

Hilarious! Wish there was a Popeyes near me, because I like their biscuits and other food, too.

It’ll be fun watching to see if other FF chains come up with similar catchy items. Gonna be hard to beat this one!

Thanks for posting OP! (I actually wonder what is in there, I didn't see a desc. and it looks like only Philly?) - I love the spicy 2-piece white meat chicken but haven't splurged this yr.

I wish people would eat their smelly foods in the airport and not in the tiny enclosed space of the plane, emotional support chicken jokes notwithstanding...

If you're running late, eat some trail mix and a piece of fruit or something.

This is my public service message for the day.

I got the impression it is just a container in which you can take whatever you want that fits. But airport concessions of fast food usually have an abbreviated set of meal choices anyway.
