DH made me a ham and lettuce sandwich on pumpernickel while he was eating half of the mini-cupcakes I purchased this afternoon.

Sautéed chicken breast, cheese grits, and wilted turnip greens. It was delicious and I'm not that big a fan of turnip greens.

Mostly leftovers from Sat R/R dinner, a Bonzai burger, garlic herbed fries, a salad, Snapple Apple. Didn't drink much from the bottle though.

Later, mug of mint hot tea.

I ate a late lunch today, so dinner was leftover baked beans and a salad. Drank Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA.

Tonight will be spaghetti, and a sauce made up of red lentils, vegetables (zucchini, green pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms), tomato sauce, garlic, and of course freshly grated parmesan.

Spoiled brat will start smoking the ribs we had planned on having Sunday while I am at the Bridge table today. They should be ready by the time I get home.
With the ribs will be:
Kale salad: yes out of the bag
asparagus
beans I think. Maybe something else, depending on how much time I have this morning.

We are expecting for tomorrow another significant amount of snowfall..yay .....not....how about we freeze winter and defrost spring

I am thinking to make a minestrone soup and an apple and banana casserole. To drink a glass of milk with the casserole dish.

My apple and banana casserole
100 gram soft butter well mixed
3 to 4 small buns ripped in small pieces and soaked in milk and after they are soft squeeze just a bit the extra milk out
4 to 5 beaten eggs
6 to 7 peeled and diced Cortland or Macintosh apples OR 6 apples and 1 sliced banana
125 gram sugar
pinch of cinnamon
juice and rind of 1 lime or lemon ( more aromatic with a lime)

Hand mix everything well and put in a buttered casserole dish and bake for roughly a hour in 350 F oven.
