Well, I'm giving the butler the night off. Poor dear works himself to the bone. I'm making rigatoni tonight with red sauce and sausage. I'm gonna have some Texas toast with it. Plus milk, that's one dish that is a must with milk.

small top round roast on sale for 2.99lb chilled in freezer for 1/2 hour then sliced/shaved as thin as I can slice- then fried up for shaved steak sandwich with cheese
sliced the whole roast put in Ziploc bags for future sandwiches (in freezer)

I'm making a stock from chicken feet and necks, it may become soup tonight.... I have an extreme craving for more chicken soup with freshly grated turmeric.... so that's the direction I'm heading.

Dogs will get any meat pulled from the cooked necks and feet - they are always appreciative.
