Leftover Asian take-out from last night. For me it’s spicy satay beef. Happy Friday!

I'm actually making a real dinner tonight - no cans or freezer involved! (unless the baby forces me to order chinese food cause she's being fussy right now)

Plan is for breaded thin pork loin chops, broccoli, cucumber slices, and mashed potatoes.

Tonight it was a gnocchi recipe with spinach, lemon, marscapone, and Parmesan. It was ok, but dh wants meat or he feels like something is missing.

After eating the veggie soup all week I lost a couple of pounds. Yeah for me. Tonight was some salad and hummus on crackers. We're leaving for a week on Sunday so I'm trying to use the veggies up.

Crispy oven baked panko crusted perch, red cabbage and wine, roasted, dilled small red potatoes

A Hoegartten white ale with dinner.

Half a left over lemon pascki (doughnut) for desert. My husband had a whole apricot one.

For me... those of you who have been so kind as to express concern about my health, cheers, then... I finally realized it was the astounding noise & disruption I've been subjected to in my apt... long story... & my apt mngr finally agreed to let me out of my lease sans penalties... might have been the murder above me this week... odd in an upscale 'hood... but I'm at the point where I'm so sleep deprived (5-mos) that I was about to visit a psychiatrist for tranquilizers, lock down care or lethal injection.

So, my stress has gone tonight, after finding I can leave end of month & I enjoyed a $12 ribeye & an awful Crooked Stave IPA.

Going to sleep for 2-3 days & will then begin packing like a demon... I hate CO & can't wait to leave. Lived in this horrid state for 2-yrs before (horrendous experiences, both apts)... but came here for a new job... an awful job I left after 1-mo. Please hold good thoughts for me.

Don't know where I'm going, but I cannot wait to leave. Since I'm a stress non-eater... I hope my weight loss continues. Lost 10-lbs over the past 2-mos. CO... you suck far more than the other 16 states I've lived in! W*nker state!
