I'm starting a cold so I think tonight will be fresh seafood and corn chowder (salmon, crab, shrimp), with biscuits and a salad.

Quasi-tacos. Homemade flour tortillas (I over zealously tossed out the cornmeal, so that's all I can come up with) with homemade beef & tomato sauce filling, lettuce & lots of seasonings. Not much, but simple way to clean out the fridge.

Need to bake some bread, too, in order to use up the flour & yeast... maybe tonight.

Carnitas (store-made) that I will heat up. I'm going to make them into burritos with a bottled green hot sauce, shredded cheddar, chopped tomato, shredded cabbage, and sour cream.

Sweetened strawberries & blueberries for dessert.
