Breakfast for dinner: 3 egg omelette with Tillamook cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. With toast and watermelon slices. Drank orange juice.

Having finished off the last of the corned beef yesterday, tonight's dinner will be pan seared halibut with a lemon caper sauce, roasted Parmesan asparagus, rice Florentine, and cherry cobbler for dessert.

I made a pot of spaghetti and meatballs and a big tossed salad. We skipped the bread because we are trying to be at least a little better about carbs.

Veggie burger with homemade herbed focaccia and homemade chips. There are 6 different veges plus a couple of herbs, and 2 cheeses.

I had a falafel wrap with a bird's nest baklava for dessert.
The baklava was full of cashews and the whole thing was wonderful!
