Veggie burger (Quorn brand) and watermelon slices. Drank Lagunitas IPA. Raspberries over a scoop of french varnilla ice cream for dessert.

Dang, not that one... the other kind.

Already ate dinner for 3am b'kfast... a slow cooked in butter Cornish hen... so dinner will be an organic, antioxidant, cucumber-kale-ginger juice thing I p/u at the store yesterday.

Stone Fear Movie Lions Double IPA for dessert.

Time for spring cleaning inside and out.....

Tonight vegetable soup with roasted red Bell peppers served with home baked wholegrain bread.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.Later another glass of green tea.

olive oil
onion
red Bell peppers
leek
celery
oregano
vegetable broth
smoked paprika powder
salt/black pepper
garnish with black pepper and oregano

not sure: we are on our way to Fresh Market and Aldi's so it could be anything. I was thinking chicken breasts but maybe I will do something different.

Stir fry vegetables, green sugar peas, red peppers, onions, broccoli in an Asian sauce from recipe I found recently...easy.
