My hubby loves fried chicken livers, but Iíve got a place nearby that serves them to go, so I donít have to make them myself. I can get whatever I like at the same time....like meatloaf.

Margherita galette with country fried potatoes , butter poached eggs and blistered, homegrown, truffle salted shi-she-to peppers (spelled phonetically, shi-shi-to is correct spelling and hyphenated to avoid bad word censor). I got "lucky" and apparently got the only spicy 1 in the bunch.

DH had a craving for tacos but I'm pooped, so I will take the easier option and make him quesadillas with black beans and veggies.

I just made a big salad with Spring greens, butter lettuce, arugula, shredded read cabbage, red onion slices, shredded carrots, radishes, chick peas, artichoke hearts, and lemon herb dressing.

I'm so excited about dessert - another excess. It's a banana split dessert I make once a year. A graham cracker crust topped with a butter, egg, powdered sugar spread, layered crushed pineapple, strawberries, sliced bananas, a whipped cream topping, crushed nuts, maraschino cherries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

This one's going to have to be spread around the neighborhood or I'll eat it all.

Thanks for the birthday wishes my online friends.

What a tasty dinner!

Wishing that your next trip around the sun, id magical, memorable and marvelous!

Happy belated Birthday Lodestar!

I have no idea what Husband had for dinner. I was/am still kind of drugged up from my oral surgery today. I had a "delicious" premier protein shake for dinner. At least it was chocolate
