Pork loin chops with mushrooms and marsala wine sauce, side salad with veggies.

Edit: I'll also cook up some cauliflower tater tots. I like tater tots, and I like cauliflower.... but I'm not too sure about combining them....

I've been to probably four different ones this year, and they all had the same stuff.
Chinese buffets are pretty much all the same, at least as far as I have seen. I like them every once in a while.

Feeling lazy - short pasta, cream sauce, smoked ham/mushrooms/green peas/garlic and lots of fresh garden herbs, big green salad, garlic bread.

We have a number of them in MN scattered over a wide area that all serve the same recipes. Their help seems to run to large numbers of young women who don't speak English. For reasons I won't list here I seriously suspect that they are fronts for some other business. The food is good and flavorful but I've had a problem with how management treats the staff.

Tonight for supper we're having braunschweiger sandwiches and dilled tuna noodle salad. Banana split ice box dessert.
