Tonight is what we were going to have last night: I am fighting a little cold, am tired and was really beat last night, so I just fixed something really quick. I even bought a deli salad from the store after bridge. So tonight is it seafood on pasta, and spinach salad with strawberries. Of course some tasty, dry white instead of red wine will set it off.
Trying to eat more veggies so we're having a stir fry with cabbage, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, garlic and some beef. This also helped clear the fridge of some veggies that need to be used soon.

I'm thinking The Big Salad again, as it's the hottest day of my baby's life so far with a high of 91 today! Sadly, that record will be broken many times over in the summer heat.
I have some grilled chicken strips from the grocery to add to:
Romaine, green leaf, & iceberg lettuces
red cabbage
celery
carrot
mushrooms
red onion
avocado
gorgonzola crumbles
fresh ground pepper
Tonight homemade fish sticks and potato salad with apple/dill slices,eggs and a yogurt/Dijon sauce.To drink lemon water.For dessert mango slices.
