Happy New Year! Wishing everyone a healthy, less-drama, mo'money mo'money 2019!

Tonight will be grilled shrimp, roasted sweet potatoes, and collards cooked with kimchi & coconut milk. No dessert until I take off some holiday weight gain

Today at the Case abode: If it's New Year's, then it must be black-eyed peas.

There will be black-eyed peas (with ham chunks and cooked with pork jowls) sided with corn muffins.

Happy New Year!

I was going to make bean soup with the leftover Christmas ham and bone. Husband asked for vegetable beef instead so that's what is on the stove simmering for the next 4 or 5 hours.

Ate dinner for b'kfast again, so dinner will be as many oranges as I can manage, to get rid of them asap.

Don't think I'll be buying citrus 'til 2025.

Happy New Year!
Hope everyone's year is your best yet!
